贯彻新时代铁路客站建设“畅通融合,绿色温馨,经济艺术,智能便捷”总要求,还有很多技术细节问题需要设计者们系统总结、深入研究、逐步提高,商业开发模式研究既是建设后评估的一部分内容,也是检验建设理念落实的一项重要指标。通过对65座已运营铁路客站商业开发情况的对比统计研究,揭示了铁路客站商业开发现状、存在的短板及问题成因,探讨了改进铁路客站商业开发的措施和重点内容,为新时代铁路客站商业开发模式在全路所有铁路客站推广普及提供建议和参考。

To carry out the general requirements of"smooth and integration,green and warm,economic and beautiful,intelligent and convenient"in railway passenger station construction in the new period,there are still many details that need further in-depth study by builders.Based on analyzing the current situation,problems and causes of the commercial development of railway passenger stations,this paper discusses the measures and key contents to improve the commercial development of railway passenger stations.It also provides new insights and suggestions for the promotion and popularization of the commercial development pattern among all railway passenger stations in the new period.
