普速客车车辆段库检作业生产组织形式探讨

Discussion on the Production Maintenance of the Ordinary Speed Passenger Train Depot

近年来,随着动力集中动车组的开行、普速车型大规模换代和各种科技手段的不断投入使用,普速客车车辆的库检作业发生了巨大的变化。以一个运用车间的库检作业为例,剖析目前库检作业组织存在的分工不合理问题,并提出进行“检车”“车电”岗位融合,将作业方式由“按工种分工”改为“按修程分工”的建议,以优化生产组织形式,提高劳动效率,确保检修质量。

Recently,with the large-scale replacement of ordinary speed vehicles and the continuous use of various technological means,great changes have taken place in maintenance of ordinary speed passenger train depot.This paper takes the maintenance of a workshop as an example to analyze the unreasonable division of labor existing in the current maintenance,and puts forward the suggestion of"mechanical maintenance"and"electrical maintenance"for integration,and changing the operation mode from"division of labor according to work type"to"division of labor according to repair process",so as to optimize the production maintenance,improve labor efficiency and ensure the maintenance quality.
