摘要 自动燃烧是未来轧钢加热炉发展趋势。1 580 mm生产线4号加热炉于2017年投产,为提高加热炉自动控制水平,实现全自动燃烧,开发了脉冲式燃烧程序和板坯温度自动控制模型。通过脉冲燃烧,实现了炉膛温度的快速响应以及良好的板坯长度温度均匀性;通过温度控制模型功能优化,对每一类钢种都制定了最优升温曲线,实现了板坯温度的自动控制。叙述了1 580 mm产线4号加热炉脉冲燃烧系统及模型控制模块的主要功能,提出了用于一些程序优化的方法,这对提高板坯的加热质量和降低能源消耗具有明显的效果。 Automatic combustion is the development trend of rolling reheating furnace in the future. The No.4 heating furnace of 1 580 mm hot rolling production line was put into production in 2017, in order to improve the automatic control level of the reheating furnace to realize automatic heating of slab, the pulsed combustion program and automatic slab temperature control model. Through pulse combustion, the rapid response of furnace temperature and good temperature uniformity of slab length were realized. Through the function optimization of the temperature control model, the optimal temperature-rise curve has been worked out for each type of steel, and the automatic control of slab temperature is realized. The main functions of the pulse combustion system and the model control module of the No.4 heating furnace in the 1 580 mm production line were described, and some methods for program optimization were proposed, which can improve the heating quality of slab and reduce the energy consumption.
