“饮酒与健康”双语课程设置必要性及建设探究

目前,“饮酒健康效应”已成为社会各界关注的热点问题,作为实现我国创新型酿酒人才培养目标的重要保障,各高校相关专业需要开设“饮酒与健康”双语课程。文章就“饮酒与健康”双语课程设置的必要性进行阐述,结合课程实施过程中发现的问题,对课程建设提出反思。以期为“饮酒与健康”双语课程在相关专业中的有效开展提供参考。

At present,"the health effect of drinking"has become a hot topic concerned by all sectors of society.As an important guarantee to realize the goal of cultivating innovative brewing talents in China,bilingual course"Alcoholic Beverages and Health"needs to be set up for relevant majors in colleges and universities.This study expounds the necessity of bilingual course"Alcoholic Beverages and Health",and puts forward reflections on the curriculum construction in combination with the problems found in its implementation,for providing reference for the effective development of"Alcoholic Beverages and Health"bilingual course in related majors.
