摘要 为了保证新冠疫情期间在线教学的质量,通过学情分析,确定教学目标,采取基于PBL的翻转课堂进行《基因操作技术》的在线教学。选择智慧树、钉钉和微信等作为在线授课的平台,通过教师直播、学生分组讨论和辩论、在线提交作业等多种方法激发学生学习兴趣、实现学生的学习主体地位。利用平台在线数据、评分量表和调查问卷进行学习效果的评价,教师及时进行反思并调整教学过程。 In order to ensure the online teaching quality during the COVID-19 epidemic situation,the online flipped classroom based on PBL was adopted for online teaching of gene manipulation technology according to the teaching objectives determining through the analysis of learning situation.Smart-Tree,DingDing and WeChat were selected as online teaching platforms.Students'interest in learning can be stimulated by teachers'live broadcast,students'group discussion and debate,and online submission of homework.Students'subject position in learning had been realized.The learning effect was evaluated through the platform online data,rating scale and questionnaire.Teachers should reflect and adjust the teaching process in time.
