“产教融合”背景下应用型本科院校新商科人才培养研究

随着第四次工业革命的发展,我国积极推动经济转型发展,商贸服务业逐渐跨入了消费升级、数字经济、共享经济、互联互通的商业新时代,新商科人才的培养也被越来越多的学者关注。文章首先阐述了新商科人才培养的内涵,然后梳理了新商科人才培养的国内外研究状况,最后提出了基于“产教融合”的应用型本科院校新商科人才培养路径。

With the development of the fourth industrial revolution,China has been promoted the economic transformation actively.In addition,the business service industry has gradually entered into a new era which characteristics with consumption upgrading,digital economy,sharing economy and interconnection.More and more experts and scholars are aware of the need to train new business professionals in line with the social needs.In this study,the definition of new business professionals training is elaborated in the beginning;then the researcher combs the literature review of domestic and abroad;finally,the ways to train new business professionals which integrates education with industry in application-oriented undergraduate universities are suggested.
