摘要
民办高校已然成为新时代下我国高等教育事业发展中不可忽视的重要力量,民办高校教师队伍建设更是民办高校能否实现高质量发展的关键性因素。当前,我国民办教师队伍建设中仍然存在诸如身份认同、收入差距、福利保障、职业发展等诸多导致教师人才流失的制度困境。应持续优化国家高等民办教育治理政策,不断完善民办高校法人内部治理结构,内外兼修提升民办高校教师综合素质。
Civilian-run colleges and universities have become an important force that cannot be ignored in the development of higher education in China in the new era.The construction of teachers'team is a key factor for civilian-run colleges and universities to achieve high-quality development.At present,there are still many institutional dilemmas in the construction of teachers in private school of China,such as identity,income gap,welfare security,career development and so on,which lead to the loss of teacher talents.We should continue to optimize the governance policies of national higher private education,constantly improve teachers'comprehensive quality and the internal governance structure of civilian-run colleges and universities.
