白竭散联合银离子敷料对肛瘘术后创面及炎症指标的影响

Effect of Baijiesan Combined with Silver Ion Dressing on Wound Surface and Inflammatory Indexes After Anal Fistula Surgery

目的探讨白竭散联合银离子敷料对肛瘘术后创面及炎症指标的影响。方法选择2019年8月~12月安徽中医药大学第一附属医院收治的肛瘘切开术患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组单纯予银离子敷料换药治疗,观察组予白竭散联合银离子敷料换药治疗,比较两组术后创面疼痛评分、创面分泌物评分、炎症指标水平及创面愈合整体疗效。结果术后第7天,观察组创面疼痛评分、创面分泌物评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血清WBC、CRP、ESR水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后第28天创面愈合总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论白竭散联合银离子敷料换药能有效促进创面愈合,降低炎症指标水平,改善创面疼痛及分泌物状况。

Objective To explore the effect of Baijiesan combined with silver ion dressing on the wound and inflammation indexes after anal fistula surgery.Methods 60 patients with anal fistula incision admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from August to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with silver ion dressing only,and the observation group was treated with Baijiesan combined with silver ion dressing.The postoperative wound pain score,wound secretion score,inflammation index level and the overall effect of wound healing were compared between the two groups.Results On the 7th day after operation,the wound pain score and wound secretion score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Serum WBC,CRP,and ESR levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of wound healing in the observation group on the 28th day after surgery was 96.67%,which was higher than the control group's 80.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion Baijiesan combined with silver ion dressing change can effectively promote wound healing,reduce inflammation index levels,and improve wound pain and secretions.
