循环质控护理对新生儿先天性食道闭锁围术后进食情况、术后并发症的效果

The Effect of Circulatory Quality Control Nursing on the Postoperative Food Intake and Postoperative Complications of Neonatal Congenital Esophageal Atresia

目的评价循环质控护理对新生儿先天性食道闭锁围术后进食情况、术后并发症的效果。方法选取2017年1月~2019年12月我院治疗的146例先天性食道闭锁新生儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各73例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循环质控护理干预,比较两组切口愈合时间、进食正常时间、住院时间、体重增加情况、护理满意度以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组切口愈合时间、进食正常时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出院前体重高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.26%,高于对照组的87.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.11%,低于对照组的10.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循环质控护理应用于新生儿先天性食道闭锁术手中效果确切,可促进术后患儿进食恢复,缩短切口愈合、进食以及住院时间,提高护理满意度,并降低并发症发生几率。

Objective To evaluate the effect of circulatory quality control nursing on the postoperative food intake and postoperative complications of neonatal congenital esophageal atresia.Methods A total of 146 newborns with congenital esophageal atresia treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 73 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing care,and the observation group used cyclic quality control nursing intervention to compare the incision healing time,normal eating time,hospitalization time,weight gain,nursing satisfaction,and complications in the two groups.Results The wound healing time,normal eating time,and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The weight of the observation group was higher than that of the control group before discharge,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.26%,which was higher than that of the control group 87.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The complication rate in the observation group was 4.11%,which was lower than the 10.95% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Circulating quality control nursing is effective when applied to neonatal congenital esophageal atresia surgery.It can promote postoperative eating recovery of children,shorten incision healing,eating and hospitalization time,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
