临床护理路径在老年哮喘患者护理中的有效性及其对生活质量的影响

The Effectiveness of Clinical Nursing Pathways in the Nursing of Elderly Patients with Asthma and Its Impact on the Quality of Life

目的研究临床护理路径在老年哮喘患者护理中的有效性及其对生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年8月~2019年8月我院收治的80例老年哮喘患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施临床护理路径,比较两组临床哮喘控制总有效率、健康知识水平、护理满意度评分、肺功能指标[最大肺活量(VC_(max))、1秒钟用力呼气量(FEV_(1))、1秒量比用力肺活量(FEV_(1)/FVC)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)]、生活质量以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组哮喘控制总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的82.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组健康知识水平、护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组VC_(max)、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC、PEF均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的12.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径应用于老年哮喘患者护理中可有效提高哮喘空置率,提高健康知识水平,改善肺功能,提高生活质量,且可降低并发症发生几率。

Objective To study the effectiveness of clinical care pathways in the care of elderly patients with asthma and its impact on the quality of life.Methods A total of 80 elderly asthma patients admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopts routine nursing care,and the observation group implements the clinical nursing path.The total effective rate of clinical asthma control,health knowledge level,nursing satisfaction score,lung function index[maximum vital capacity(VC_(max)),1 second forced expiratory volume(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity per second(FEV_(1)/FVC),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)],quality of life,and complications.Results The total effective rate of asthma control in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 82.50% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After the intervention,the health knowledge level and nursing satisfaction score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The VC_(max),FEV_(1),FEV_(1)/FVC and PEF of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of all dimensions of the quality of life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 12.50% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of elderly patients with asthma can effectively increase the vacancy rate of asthma,increase the level of health knowledge,improve lung function,improve the quality of life,and prevent complications.
