基于马斯洛需求层次理论的老旧社区公共空间更新策略研究——以南昌市青山湖小区为例

Research on Renewal Strategy of Old Community Public Space Based on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs——Take Qingshanhu Community in Nanchang as an Example

随着中国城市建设的迅速发展,城市中大量社区逐渐老化。部分社区的公共空间已不能满足居民的日常需求,甚至存在一些潜在的安全隐患。现今老旧社区落后的公共空间环境亟待更新,为解决老旧社区内部公共空间相关问题,探索符合居民需求的社区更新策略。以南昌市青山湖小区为研究对象,对小区现状进行调研分析,从马斯洛需求层次理论视角出发,深入研究目前青山湖小区公共空间现状面临的问题。结合现状分析得出社区居民公共空间环境的各层次需求,对不满足居民需求的社区公共基础设施、道路停车空间、绿地空间等进行优化。同时注重社区交往空间的塑造,尊重社区个体间的差异,令居民于社区中获得归属感及幸福感。最终得到最符合居民心理预期的社区更新改造策略,解决老旧社区现状的不足与居民需求之间的矛盾。

With the rapid development of urban construction in China,a large number of urban communities are gradually aging. The public space in some communities can no longer meet the daily needs of residents,and there are even some potential safety hazards. The backward public space environment in the old community is in urgent need of renewal. In order to solve the problems related to public space in the old community,a community renewal strategy that meets the needs of residents is explored. This paper takes Qingshanhu community in Nanchang city as the research object,conducts an investigation and analysis of the current situation of the community,and from the perspective of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,makes an in-depth study of the current situation of the public space in Qingshanhu community. Based on the analysis of the current situation,various levels of demands of the community residents’ public space environment are obtained,and the community public infrastructure,road parking space and green space that do not meet the needs of residents are optimized. At the same time,it pays attention to the shaping of community communication space and respects the differences between individuals in the community,so that residents can gain a sense of belonging and happiness in the community. Finally,the community renewal and transformation strategy that best meets the residents’ psychological expectation is obtained to solve the contradiction between the deficiency of the current situation of the old community and the needs of residents.
