摘要
目前针对氟化工行业生产过程中产生的消耗臭氧层物质(简称ODS),国内普遍采用焚烧法处置,处置过程中会产生二噁英排放,造成大气环境的二次污染。以某氟化工园区为例,对园区二噁英的污染影响进行了分析和预测,预测结果表明:现状模拟的二噁英最大日均浓度与环境空气质量监测结果有较好的一致性,区内规划新增的2家企业焚烧炉排口,对园区及周边地区的二噁英浓度影响较小,整体可控。此外,还提出了二噁英污染防治与节能减排的对策措施,以促进经济社会与环境协调发展。
At present,for the ozone-depleting substances( ODS) produced in the manufacture process of the fluorine chemical industry,incineration is widely used in China. However,dioxins will be emitted during the disposal process,causing secondary pollution to the atmospheric environment. This article takes a fluorine chemical zone as an example to analyze and predict the impact of dioxin pollution in this area. The prediction results show that the simulated maximum daily average concentration of dioxins is in good consistency with the ambient air quality monitoring results. It will have less impact in the concentration of dioxin in the zone and surrounding areas that two new incinerator outlets planned in the zone. In addition,this paper also proposes countermeasures to prevent dioxin pollution and save energy to promote the coordinated development of economy,society and environment.
