摘要
以柯布-道格拉斯生产函数为基础,将高技术产业作为研究对象构建创新生产函数模型。运用岭回归分析R&D经费内部支出、R&D人员折合全时当量、政府财政科技拨款对高技术产业创新的影响作用。研究结果表明,R&D经费内部支出、R&D人员折合全时当量、政府财政科技拨款3个指标均对中国高技术产业的有效发明专利数和主营业务收入具有显著的正向作用。
Based on CD production function,this paper constructs an innovative production function model with high technology industry as the research object.Using ridge regression analysis to analyze the impact of R&D internal expenditure,R&D personnel equivalent to full-time equivalent,government financial science and technology allocation on high-tech industry innovation.The research results show that the internal expenditure of R&D funds,the conversion of R&D personnel to full-time equivalent and the allocation of government financial science and technology all have significant positive effects on the number of effective invention patents and the main business income of high-tech industries in China.
