阳朔县民宿空间分布特点及其影响因素研究

Study on Spatial Distribution Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Yangshuo Home-stay

旅游民宿是近几年快速兴起的新型旅游住宿业态,以其独特性、体验性、文化性以及涉入性受到广大旅游者的欢迎,但民宿的发展离不开优势区位,民宿的分布必须要遵循空间布局的规律,充分考虑影响布局的因素,布局在能够获取最大收益的区域。以阳朔县为例对民宿的空间布局进行研究,通过实地调查和携程网数据分析,阳朔民宿主要集中分布于西街、十里画廊、遇龙河、兴坪镇等重点旅游发展区域,自然环境、景区分布、交通、聚集、客流成为影响阳朔民宿布局的主要因素。

Home-stay get rapid rising in recent years as new tourist accommodation forms of home-stay facility,with its uniqueness,experience,cultural and involvement was welcomed by the masses of tourists.But the development can’t leave the advantage of home-stay facility location,the distribution of home-stay must follow the law of spatial layout,fully considering the influencing factors of layout,location can obtain the best possible yields.Taking Yangshuo county as an example,to study the spatial layout of the home-stay facility,through on-the-spot investigation and ctrip data analysis,Yangshuo home-stay facility mainly distributed in The West Street,Ten-mile Gallery,Yulong River,The Xingping Town and other key tourist development area,and the natural environment,scenic area distribution,transportation,gathering,become the main factors which influence the Yangshuo home-stay facility layout.
