摘要
结合《北京市水文手册》中的相关方法和暴雨强度公式计算项目区最大积水量和积水时间,通过Arcgis软件根据DEM地形数据采用水量平衡法绘制各排水分区内的积水范围和积水深度。在50年一遇的降雨条件下,北新桥站和东直门站均没有积水,相关工程设施最低点分别高于周边积水水位0.26 m和2 m。因此,在设计排涝标准指导下,建设项目基本没有内涝风险,洪水对建设项目的影响较小,按照雨水利用相关规范设计和施工,补充防汛设施和物资,完善各类防汛预案后,建设项目即具备建设条件。
Combined with the relevant methods in Beijing Hydrology Manual and the rainstorm intensity formula,the maximum water accumulation and ponding time in the project area are calculated.According to DEM topographic data,ArcGIS software is used to draw the range and depth of water accumulation in each drainage area with water balance method.Under the condition of once in 50-year rainfall,there is no water accumulation at Beixinqiao Station and Dongzhimen Station,and the lowest points of related engineering facilities are 0.26 m and 2 m higher than the surrounding water level,respectively.Therefore,under the design drainage standards,the construction project basically has no risk of waterlogging,and the impact of flood on the construction project is small.After the design and construction according to the relevant specifications of rainwater utilization,the supplement of flood control facilities and materials,and the improvement of various flood control preplans,the construction project will have the construction conditions.
