酶联免疫吸附法测定家禽配合饲料中氯霉素含量结果探析

Analysis on the Determination of Chloramphenicol in Poultry Compound Feed by Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay

为验证酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对家禽配合饲料中氯霉素(CAP)含量检测的实用性,根据氯霉素残留酶联免疫检测试剂盒操作说明对样本进行前处理,以0.1μg/kg、0.3μg/kg、0.5μg/kg浓度的氯霉素标准溶液进行空白添加回收实验,结果回收率在70%~120%以内,变异系数在5%以下。实验结果表明所使用的ELISA试剂盒能够满足检测饲料中氯霉素残留的需要,适合用于基层工作中大规模筛查氯霉素残留量。

In order to verify the practicability of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in the de⁃tection of chloramphenicol(CAP)in poultry compound feed,the samples were pretreated according to the operating instructions of chloramphenicol residue enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit.The recovery rate was less than 70%~120%and the coefficient of variation was less than 5%with 0.1μg/kg、0.3μg/kg、0.5μg/kg chloramphenicol standard solution.Experimental results show that the ELISA kit can meet the needs of detection of chloramphenicol residues in compound feed and is suitable for large-scale screening of chloramphenicol residues in grass-roots work.
