魔芋切块大田冬播覆膜技术研究初探

Preliminary Study on Winter Sowing and Plastic Film of Field for Konjac Cuttings

【目的】研究魔芋切块大田冬播覆膜技术,提高大田良种的繁育倍数,降低魔芋病虫害发生率。【方法】以杂交魔芋品种“安魔128”为试验对象,进行切块冬播覆膜和芋鞭切段、球茎切块对比试验。【结果】切块覆膜处理对提早出苗、齐苗和降低发病率具有显著作用;顶芽与切块的大小对植株的出苗时间、相关农艺性状存在显著的正相关;但膨大倍数切块及切段均显著低于整球茎、整芋鞭,繁育倍数切块、切段均显著高于整球茎、整芋鞭。【结论】魔芋切块大田冬播覆膜技术不仅能显著提高出苗及齐苗时间,还能有效降低病虫害发生率,值得推广应用。

【Objective】To study the technology of winter sowing and plastic film of field for konjac cut⁃tings,to improve the breeding multiple of field fine varieties and to reduce the incidence of konjac diseas⁃es and insect pests.Using the technology measures on the field of winter sowing and covering film for kon⁃jac cutting,to increase the breeding ratio of good seeds and reduce the incidence of pests and diseases of konjac.【Method】Taking hybrid konjac variety"Anmo-128"as the experimental object,a comparative ex⁃periment was carried out on the winter sowing mulching of cut pieces,the cut segments of taro whip and the cut pieces of corm.【Result】Cutting and mulching treatment had a significant effect on early emer⁃gence,seedling emergence and reducing the incidence of disease.There was significant positive correlation between the size of terminal bud and slice size on the emergence time and related agronomic traits of the plant.However,the number of expanded slices and sections was significantly lower than that of whole corm and whole taro whip,and the number of multiplied slices and sections was significantly higher than that of whole corm and whole taro whip.【Conclusion】The winter sowing and plastic film of field for konjac cut⁃tings can not only significantly improve the emergence and seedling time,but also effectively reduce the incidence of pests and diseases,which is worth popularizing and applying.
