团体辅导对寄宿制初中生学业情绪的干预研究

摘要 从积极心理学的视角设计了四次团体辅导课程,采用学业情绪量表进行前测和后测,目的是探讨团体心理辅导对寄宿制初中生学业情绪的干预效果。结果表明:实验组的学生在接受团体辅导课程后积极学业情绪水平显著提升,消极学业情绪水平显著下降,说明本研究中的四次团体辅导课程能有效改善寄宿制初中生的学业情绪。
