共刺激分子4-1BB与肿瘤治疗的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,诸如PD-1,PD-L1等免疫检查点为靶点的单克隆抗体成为了肿瘤免疫治疗的热点,其作用机制是阻断T细胞表面的共抑制分子与配体的相互作用,从而激活T细胞进行肿瘤免疫应答。共刺激分子4-1BB(CD137)又名肿瘤坏死因子超家族受体9,多表达于活化的T细胞表面,也可表达于粒细胞或树突状细胞表面。4-1BB在免疫应答、肿瘤免疫中起重要作用,在多种肿瘤中呈高表达。文章介绍有关4-1BB与肿瘤治疗的最新研究进展。 Co-stimulatory molecule 4-1BB(CD137)known as tumor necrosis factor superfamily receptor 9,is mainly expressed on the surface of activated T cells and granulocytes or dendritic cells as well.4-1BB plays an important role in the process of immune response and tumor immunity.Several studies have shown the expression of 4-1BB in many tumors.The latest research progress in oncotherapy with 4-1BB will be introduced in this article.
