ANPC五电平逆变器SVPWM与SPWM的统一理论研究

Unified Theory of SVPWM and SPWM for ANPC Five-level Inverter

目前多自由度多电平领域的空间矢量调制(SVPWM)和三角载波正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)的统一理论研究较少。本文在线电压坐标系下,对有源中点钳位型五电平逆变器(5L-ANPC)的SVPWM调制技术进行分析,研究开关序列L和复用矢量调节系数k对SVPWM等效调制波的影响。用SPWM调制波加零序电压的方式等效SVPWM,并推导了零序电压的具体表达式。最后分析SVPWM等效调制波的具体物理意义,将SVPWM和载波层叠PD-SPWM联系起来,得出了一种可以任意选取冗余开关矢量的统一理论。并通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真验证了结论的正确性。

At present,the unified theory of space vector modulation(SVPWM)and triangular carrier sine pulse width modulation(SPWM)in multi-level field is seldom studied.The SVPWM modulation technique of active neutral-point-clamped five-level inverter was analyzed in the line voltage coordinate system,and the influence of switch sequence L and multiplexing vector regulation coefficient K on the equivalent modulation wave of SVPWM was studied.The specific expression of zero sequence voltage is written in mathematical formula with SPWM modulation wave plus zero sequence voltage being equivalent to SVPWM.Finally,analyzing the meaning in physics of SVPWM equivalent modulation wave,combining SVPWM and PD-SPWM,and a unified theory by which redundant switch vectors can be selected arbitrarily is obtained.The correctness of the conclusion is verified by MATLAB/Simulink simulation.
