河南省三级综合性中医院职工后勤满意度调查 被引量:2

Investigation on Logistic Satisfaction of Employees in Tertiary General Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals in Henan

摘要 目的了解河南省三级综合性中医院内部职工后勤满意度的现状并分析其影响因素。方法使用自行设计的综合性中医院后勤满意度测评体系,采用随机抽样的方法对河南省7家三级综合性中医院的2762名职工进行现场调查。结果河南省综合性中医院职工后勤满意度总体得分为(3.62±0.70)分。3个一级指标中,得分最低的为“商业便民服务”,为(3.06±0.89)分。34个二级指标中,得分最低的为“停车便利性”和“餐厅饭菜质量”,分别为(2.95±1.16)、(2.95±1.04)分。logistic回归结果显示,受教育程度越高或工作年限越长的职工对后勤服务质量越不满意(P<0.05);与内科职工相比,行政后勤科室的职工对后勤服务质量更满意(P<0.05)。结论河南省三级综合性中医院职工后勤满意度处于良好水平。受教育程度越高、工作年限越长的职工对后勤服务质量越不满意。行政后勤科室的职工相较于内科职工对后勤服务质量更满意。需根据本院内部职工的需求和建议,提高后勤服务质量。 Objective To investigate and analyze the status quo of the logistic satisfaction of internal employees in tertiary general traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Henan and its influencing factors.Methods The logistic satisfaction measure system in tertiary general traditional Chinese medicine hospital was customized for a random sampling of 2762 employees at seven tertiary general traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Henan.Results The overall score of logistic satisfaction of employees in tertiary general traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Henan was 3.62±0.70.Among three first-level indexes,the score of logistic satisfaction for“commercial convenience service”was the lowest,which was 3.06±0.89.Among the 34 secondary indicators,the scores of logistic satisfaction for“parking convenience”and“food quality in the restaurant”were lowest,which were 2.95±1.16 and 2.95±1.04,respectively.Logistic regression revealed that the staffs with higher education level and longer working years were less satisfied with the quality of logistics service(P<0.05).Compared with the medical staffs,the staffs in the administrative logistics department were more satisfied with the quality of logistics service(P<0.05).Conclusion The logistic satisfaction of employees in tertiary general Chinese medicine hospitals in Henan is at a good level.The staffs with higher education level and longer working years are less satisfied with the quality of logistics service.The staffs in the administrative logistics department are more satisfied with the quality of logistics service than the medical staffs.It is necessary to improve the quality of logistics service according to the needs and suggestions of the internal employees in the hospital.
