Research on Intellectual Property Protection in China’s International Trade

随着经济全球化与贸易自由化的不断加深,带着知识光环的国际贸易往来越来越频繁,知识经济的概念应运而生,知识产权已成为新时代下国际贸易的重要特征之一。中国作为当今世界货物贸易第一大国,面临着国际上越来越多的知识产权纠纷,基于此,对中国对外贸易中知识产权保护制度建立的进程进行整理,运用国际贸易原理探究国际贸易与知识产权保护的联系及知识产权壁垒对我国出口贸易的影响,并通过数据进行分析,指出目前中国知识产权保护存在的弊端并提出解决方案。

With the deepening of economic globalization and trade liberalization,international trade with the aura of knowledge becomes more and more frequent.The concept of knowledge economy emerges as the times require,and intellectual property has become one of the important characteristics of international trade in the new era.As the largest country of goods trade in the world,China is facing more and more international intellectual property disputes.Based on this,this paper sorts out the process of the establishment of intellectual property protection system in China’s foreign trade,explores the relationship between international trade and intellectual property protection and the impact of intellectual property barriers on China’s export trade by using the principles of international trade,and analyzes the data This paper puts forward the disadvantages of intellectual property protection in China and puts forward the solutions.
