推进农业高质量发展接续脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴——第三届乡村振兴论坛综述

Promote High-Quality Agricultural Development,Continue Poverty Alleviation and Rural Revitalization:Summary of the Third Rural Revitalization Forum

“十四五”时期要做好脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的有效衔接,推进乡村全面振兴,促进农业高质高效、乡村宜居宜业、农民富裕富足。党的十八大以来,脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴战略实施使得农民收入增加、农业生产效率提升、农村面貌焕然一新。策应“十三五”和“十四五”重要历史交汇期实行的重大战略有效衔接,江西省乡村振兴战略研究院与北京大学新农村发展研究院联合主办的第三届乡村振兴论坛在江西南昌顺利召开。论坛以“后扶贫时代中国农业农村发展的机遇与挑战”为主题,来自北京大学、浙江大学、中国人民大学、同济大学、上海财经大学、南京农业大学、江西农业大学等单位约200余位代表参加本次论坛。论坛上,与会专家回顾并总结了中国农业农村发展经验,围绕农业高质量发展、脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接进行了深度交流,尤其是就脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接的实现机制、实现农业高质量发展的动力和路径等内容进行了深入研讨,以期更好促进农业高质量发展,顺利推进全面服务乡村振兴战略。

During the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,it is necessary to effectively link poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,promote comprehensive rural revitalization,and promote high-quality and high-efficiency agriculture,rural livability and industry,and farmers’prosperity.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the implementation of the poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategy has increased farmers’income,improved agricultural production efficiency,and improved the outlook of the countryside.In response to the effective convergence of the major strategies implemented during the important historical transition period of the 13th Five-Year Plan and the 14th Five-Year Plan,the third Rural Revitalization Forum co-sponsored by the Jiangxi Rural Revitalization Strategy Research Institute and the Peking University New Rural Development Research Institute was held in Nanchang,Jiangxi.The theme of the forum is“Opportunities and Challenges for China’s Agricultural and Rural Development in the Post-Poverty Alleviation Era”,with more than 200 representatives from Peking University,Zhejiang University,Renmin University of China,Tongji University,Shanghai University of Finance and Economics,Nanjing Agricultural University,Jiangxi Agricultural University,etc.participate in this forum.At the forum,the participating experts reviewed and summarized China’s agricultural and rural development experience,and conducted in-depth exchanges on the effective connection of high-quality agricultural development,poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,especially 2h-depth discussions were conducted on the realization mechanism of the effective connection of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and the motivation and path of quality development,with a view to better promoting the high-quality development of agriculture,and smoothly advancing the strategy of comprehensive service for rural revitalization.
