防风通圣丸联合红蓝光治疗痤疮的临床疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨防风通圣丸与红蓝光联合治疗痤疮的疗效。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年2月本院收治的280例痤疮患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同分为A组(常规治疗)、B组(防风通圣丸治疗)、C组(红蓝光治疗)、D组(防风通圣丸+红蓝光治疗),每组70例。观察4组临床疗效、皮损分数、痤疮等级及不良反应。结果D组治疗总有效率高于A组、B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,D组皮损分数低于A组、B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);D组痤疮等级低于A组、B组和C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);D组不良反应发生率低于A组、B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论防风通圣丸与红蓝光联合治疗痤疮效果显著,可以有效改善痤疮等级,降低皮损分数及不良发应发生率,安全性较高。 Objective To explore the curative effect of Fangfeng Tongsheng pills combined with red and blue light on acne.Methods The clinical data of 280 acne patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were retrospectively divided into group A(conventional treatment)and group B(Fangfeng Tongsheng pills treatment),group C(red and blue light treatment),group D(Fangfeng Tongsheng pills+red and blue light treatment),with 70 cases in each group.Observe the clinical efficacy,skin lesion score,acne grade and adverse reactions of the four groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in group D was higher than that in groups A,B,and C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the acne grade of group D is lower than that of groups A,B and C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in group D is lower than groups A,B and C Group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Fangfeng Tongsheng pills and red and blue light is effective in treating acne,which can effectively improve the level of acne,reduce the skin lesion score and the incidence of adverse hair reactions,and has high safety.
