阿卡波糖对老年2型糖尿病肾病患者血清nesfatin-1及糖脂代谢的作用研究

The effect of acarbose on serum nesfatin-1 and glucose and lipid metabolism in elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy(DN)

目的探究阿卡波糖对老年2型糖尿病肾病(DN)患者血清nesfatin-1及糖脂代谢的作用。方法选取2017年7月至2019年6月在本院接受治疗的58例老年DN患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各29例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用阿卡波糖治疗。比较两组血清nesfatin-1水平、血糖指标及血脂水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者血清nesfatin-1水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),血糖指标(FPG、2 h PG、HbAlc)、血脂指标(TG、TC)明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年DN患者使用阿卡波糖治疗可显著改善血清nesfatin-1指标及糖脂代谢,应用效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of acarbose on serum nesfatin-1 and glucose and lipid metabolism in elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods 58 elderly patients with DN who were treated in our hospital from July 2017 to June 2019 were selected as reseach subjects and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with acarbose treatment on the basis of the control group.The serum nesfatin-1 levels,blood glucose indexes and blood lipid levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the serum nesfatin-1 level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the blood glucose indexes(FPG,2 h PG,HbAlc)and blood lipid indexes(TG,TC)were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of acarbose in elderly patients with DN can significantly improve serum nesfatin-1 and glucose and lipid metabolism,and the application effect is significant.
