尤瑞克林对缺血性脑卒中患者血清CaM和TXB2水平的影响

Effects of eureklin on serum CaM、TXB2 levels in ischemic stroke patients

目的探讨尤瑞克林对缺血性脑卒中患者血清CaM、TXB2水平的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2019年2月本院收治的76例缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。两组患者均给予高压氧、降三高、补液、抗血小板凝聚等治疗,对照组在此基础治疗上给予阿司匹林和丁苯酚治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合尤瑞克林治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、血清CaM、TXB2水平变化情况以及神经功能恢复情况。结果观察组有效率(97.37%)略高于对照组(89.47%),但差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组血清CaM、TXB2水平及NIHSS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者经尤瑞克林治疗,可降低血清中CaM、TXB2水平,帮助患者神经功能恢复,疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the effect of eureklin on serum CaM、TXB2 level in ischemic stroke patients.Methods From March 2018 to February 2019,76 patients with ischemic stroke were selected as reseach subjects,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were treated with hyperbaric oxygen,lowering three heights,rehydration,antiplatelet aggregation,the control group was treated with aspirin and buphenol,the observation group was treated with eureklin on the basis of the control group.Effect of treatment,changes of serum CaM、TXB2 level and recovery of nerve function were compared between two groups.Results The effective rate in the observation group(97.37%)was slightly higher than that in the control group(89.47%),but the difference was not statistically significant;after treatment,the serum CaM、TXB2 level and NIHSS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with ischemic stroke treated by eureklin,can reduce serum CaM、TXB2 levels,to help patients recover their nerve function,the effect is definite.
