盐酸米诺环素软膏注满牙周袋治疗重度牙周-牙髓联合病变的临床疗效

Clinical effect of filling periodontal pocket with minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment of severe periodontal-dental pulp lesions

目的分析盐酸米诺环素软膏注满牙周袋对重度牙周-牙髓联合病变患者牙周组织再生的影响。方法选取2019年2月至2020年2月本院收治的重度牙周-牙髓联合病变患者93例作为研究对象,将入选患者随机编号1~115号,将奇数患者58例纳入对照组,将偶数患者57例纳入观察组。两组均给予常规牙周基础治疗,观察组在此基础上给予盐酸米诺环素软膏注满牙周袋治疗,对照组给予常规根管治疗。比较两组PD、AL、BOP、PLI水平及治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91.23%,明显高于对照组的62.07%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组PD、AL、BOP、PLI比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组PD、AL、BOP、PLI水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸米诺环素软膏注满牙周袋有利于重度牙周-牙髓联合病变患者的牙周组织再生,治疗效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of filling periodontal pockets with minocycline hydrochloride ointment on periodontal tissue regeneration in patients with severe periodontal-dental pulp lesions.Methods A total of 93 patients with severe periodontal-dental pulp lesions admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The selected patients were randomly numbered 1-115,and 58 odd patients were included in the control group,57 patients with even number were included in the observation group.Both groups were given routine periodontal basic treatment,on the basis of this,the observation group was given minocycline hydrochloride ointment filled with periodontal pockets,and the control group was given conventional root canal treatment.The levels of PD,AL,BOP,PLI and treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.23%,which was significantly higher than 62.07%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PD,AL,BOP and PLI between the two groups before treatment;the levels of PD,AL,BOP and PLI in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Filling the periodontal pocket with minocycline hydrochloride ointment is beneficial to periodontal tissue regeneration in patients with severe periodontal-dental pulp lesions,the treatment effect is significant.
