“一带一路”背景下中俄蒙国际警务合作研究——以内蒙古自治区为例

Study on Sino-Russian-Mongolian International Police Cooperation in the Context of“Belt and Road”--Taking Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an Example

"一带一路"背景下,我国与沿线各国的警务合作面临新的严峻挑战。推进"一带一路"框架下中蒙俄经济走廊建设需要一个和平稳定的发展环境,加强中俄蒙国际警务合作,不断提升国际警务合作的有效性,为推进"一带一路"框架下中蒙俄经济走廊建设提供安全稳定的执法保障,对于维护我国北部边疆安全稳定具有极其重要的战略意义。以内蒙古自治区为例,对"一带一路"背景下加强中俄蒙国际警务合作进行一些粗浅研究,提出几点建议。

Under the background of“Belt and Road”,the police cooperation between China and the countries along the route faces new severe challenges.Promoting the construction of Sino-Mongolian economic corridors under the framework of“Belt and Road”requires a peaceful and stable development environment,strengthens Sino-Russian international police cooperation,and continuously enhances the effectiveness of international police cooperation.It is of great strategic significance to provide safe and stable law enforcement guarantee for the construction of Sino-Mongolian and Russian economic corridors under the framework of Belt and Road.Taking Inner Mongolia Autonomous region as an example,this paper makes some superficial studies on strengthening the international police cooperation between China,Russia and Mongolia under the background of“Belt and Road”,and puts forward some suggestions.
