公安机关智慧交通管理建设思路与发展应用

摘要 随着道路交通系统的快速发展和科技信息化技术的不断进步,公安机关道路交通管理思路和管理模式也呈现出崭新的理论创新和实践发展,智慧交通管理新理念已成为未来开展道路交通管理工作的总纲要。各级公安机关道路交通管理部门应建立系统科学的智慧交通管理新思路、开发先进便捷的智慧交通管理应用、探索切实可行的智慧交通警务模式,通过不断加强各类新技术和新方法与智慧交通管理策略的深度融合,有效促进智慧交通管理实践应用的拓展和延伸,为实现公安机关智慧交通管理目标提供科学可靠的决策依据和客观真实的效能评价体系,从而全面提高公安道路交通管理信息化水平。 With the rapid development of road traffic system and the continuous progress of science and technology information technology,the road traffic management ideas and management mode of public security organs also present new theoretical innovation and practical development.The new concept of intelligent traffic management has become the general outline of road traffic management in the future.The road traffic management departments of public security organs at all levels should establish new ideas of systematic and scientific intelligent traffic management,develop advanced and convenient application of intelligent traffic management,and explore practical and feasible intelligent traffic police mode.By continuously strengthening the deep integration of various new technologies and new methods with intelligent traffic management strategies,effectively promote the expansion and extension of the practical application of intelligent traffic management to achieve the goal of intelligent traffic management of public security organs,provide scientific and reliable decision-making basis and objective and real efficiency evaluation system,so as to comprehensively improve the informatization level of public security road traffic management.
