我国老年人健康管理整体整合医学初探

Initial Inquiry into Holistic Integrative Medicine for the Health Management of the Aged Population in China

整体整合医学(简称整合医学)是一种崭新的医学观,也是一种全新的方法论和健康理念,为了满足老年人日益增长的健康需求,老年人健康管理要树立整合医学观。中国人口老龄化形势严峻,我国现有的老年人健康管理体系还不健全,要建立健全我国的老年人健康管理体系,重点要从老年人健康管理整合医学研究和实践工作、老年病诊治的医药一家、医养融合,医护配合、中西医结合、身心健康结合、老年病预防为主和防治结合等方面入手,同时要改革现有老年健康医学教育模式,建立完整的老年医学健康教育体系,大力促进老年人康养产业发展,加大老年健康管理投资。

Holistic Integrative Medicine(HIM)is a brand-new medical view,and also a brand-new methodology and health concept.In order to meet the growing health needs of the aged,the aged health management should establish the view of HIM.The situation of population aging is grim in China,and China’s existing health management system for the aged is defective.To establish and improve China’s health management system for the aged,emphasis shall be given to the integrated research and practice for the aged health management,the integration of medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of geriatric diseases and the integration of medical care and rehabilitation,the coordination of medical care and nursery,the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the combination of physical and mental health,and the combination of prevention and treatment of geriatric diseases.At the same time,the existing model of geriatric health education should be reformed and a complete health education system of geriatric medicine should be established in order to vigorously promote the development of the health care industry for the aged and increase investment in health management for the aged.
