On the System of“Cultural Ideology and Politics”in Cultivating First-class Application-oriented Talents from the Perspective of Cultural Confidence

文化自信的本质体现为文化育人,应用型一流人才培养应坚持人才培养目标的定位自信,构建与文化自信、人才培养目标定位自信相适应的“文化思政”体系:以中华优秀文化为主线,构建基于中华民族伟大复兴的传统文化育人体系;以中国特色社会主义思想为主体,构建基于中国特色社会主义优越性的制度文化育人体系;以特色文化为载体,构建基于社会主义核心价值观的地方文化育人体系。

The essence of cultural confidence is reflected in terms of cultural-oriented talent training.When cultivating first-class application-oriented talents,it is of great necessity to persist in orientation confidence in training talents and accordingly construct the relevant systems of cultural ideology and politics as follows:Taking Chinese excellent culture as the principal line,construction of talent cultivation system on the basis of traditional cultures targeting at the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation;taking the thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics as the subject,constructing talent cultivation system on the strength of institutional culture representing system superiority of socialism with Chinese characteristics;taking characteristic culture as the carrier and constructing talent cultivation system on the basis of local cultures reflecting socialist core values.
