利多卡因联合葛根素输注预防中心静脉置管相关性血栓的效果

Effect of Lidocaine combined with Puerarin infusion on prevention of central venous catheterization-related thrombus

目的观察利多卡因联合葛根素输注预防中心静脉置管相关性血栓影响的研究,为临床提供疗效依据。方法选取井冈山大学附属医院2019年10~12月收治的50例住院部手术患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为实验组(25例)与对照组(25例)。实验组以2μg/mL的2%利多卡因靶控输注至手术结束,静脉滴注500 mg葛根素;对照组予以2μg/mL的生理盐水靶控输注至手术结束,然后静脉滴注生理盐水。比较两组的D-二聚体水平、血液流变学指数、静脉血流峰速度和平均速度。结果实验组的D-二聚体水平、血液流变学指数低于对照组,静脉血流峰速度和平均速度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利多卡因联合葛根素可减轻早期中心静脉导管相关性静脉血栓形成。

Objective To observe the effect of Lidocaine combined with Puerarin infusion on prevention of central venous catheterization-related thrombosis,and to provide the basis for clinical efficacy.Methods A total of 50 inpatient surgical patients from October 2019 to December 2019 in Affiliated Hospital of Jinggangshan University were selected as the study subjects,the patients were divided into the experimental group(25 cases)and the control group(25 cases)according to random number table method.The experimental group received target controlled infusion of 2% Lidocaine at 2μg/mL and 500 mg Puerarin intravenous drip at the end of operation.The control group received target-controlled infusion of 0.9% normal saline at 2μg/mL until the end of operation.D dimer levels,hemorheology index,peak venous blood flow velocity,and mean velocity were compared between the two groups.Results The D dimer level and hemorheology index in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the peak velocity and average velocity of venous blood flow in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lidocaine combined with Puerarin can reduce early central venous catheterization-related thrombus.
