中药足浴配合红金消结胶囊治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经的临床效果

Clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with Hongjin Xiaojie Capsules on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation and blood stasis

目的探讨中药足浴配合红金消结胶囊治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月~2019年12月广州市中西医结合医院收治的60例气滞血瘀型原发性痛经患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组患者采用红金消结胶囊治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予中药足浴。治疗3个月经周期,比较两组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分、疗效及血液流变学指标。结果治疗后,两组患者的中医证候积分、全血黏度高切200/s、全血黏度低切1/s、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数均低于治疗前,红细胞电泳时间短于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的中医证候积分、全血黏度高切200/s、全血黏度低切1/s、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数均低于对照组,红细胞电泳时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率(90.00%)高于对照组(56.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药足浴配合红金消结胶囊治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经,能改善患者的中医证候和血液流变学指标,具有较好的疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)foot bath combined with Hongjin Xiaojie Capsules on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods A total of 60 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis who treated in Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given Hongjin Xiaojie Capsules.The observation group was given TCM foot bath on the basis of the control group.After 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,the TCM syndrome score,therapeutic effect and hemorheology indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,whole blood viscosity high shear 200/s,whole blood viscosity low shear 1/s,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the erythrocyte electrophoresis time was shorter than that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,whole blood viscosity high shear 200/s,whole blood viscosity low shear 1/s,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the erythrocyte electrophoresis time was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(90.00%)was higher than that of the control group(56.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM foot bath combined with Hongjin Xiaojie Capsules on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation and blood stasis can improve the TCM syndrome and hemorheology indexes of patients,and has good curative effect.
