宁养护理对晚期恶性肿瘤患者不良情绪和生活质量的影响

Effect of nursing care on bad mood and quality of life of patients with advanced malignant tumor

目的探讨宁养护理对晚期恶性肿瘤患者不良情绪和生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年10月~2019年10月鞍山市肿瘤医院肿瘤内科收治的106例晚期恶性肿瘤患者,采用随机抽签法分为宁养护理组和常规护理组,每组各53例。常规护理组采用肿瘤患者的常规护理措施,宁养护理组则在常规护理基础上加以宁养护理干预。运用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较两组肿瘤患者干预前后的不良情绪的变化情况,并对比干预后观察两组的生活质量的改善情况。结果两组肿瘤患者干预前的SAS和SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组肿瘤患者干预后的SAS和SDS评分低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宁养护理组的SAS和SDS评分低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组肿瘤患者干预前的各项生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组肿瘤患者干预后各项生活质量评分高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宁养护理组的各项生活质量评分均高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在晚期肿瘤患者的护理中,宁养护理的应用能够减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪状态,提升患者最后阶段的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing care on the bad mood and quality of life of patients with advanced malignant tumor.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,a total of 106 patients with advanced malignant tumor treated by Department of Oncology,Anshan Cancer Hospital were selected.They were divided into the Ningyang nursing group and the routine nursing group according to the random drawing lots method,with 53 cases in each group.The routine nursing group adopted the routine nursing measures of tumor patients,while the Ningyang nursing group took the Ningyang nursing intervention in the routine nursing.The changes of bad emotions between the two groups before and after intervention were compared by the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self-rating depression scale(SDS),and the improvement of quality of life in the two groups after intervention was observed.Results There were no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of Ningyang nursing group were lower than those of routine nursing group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and the quality of life scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the Ningyang nursing group was higher than that of the routine nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing care of patients with advanced cancer,the application of nursing care can reduce the anxiety,depression and other bad emotional state,improve the quality of life in the final stage.
