盘龙城遗址出土陶器制作技术初步观察

Preliminary Examination of the Manufacture of Pottery at the Panlongcheng Site

本文对盘龙城陶器制作中的成型、修整和装饰等工艺进行了初步分析,并运用扫描电镜对盘龙城遗址和郑州商城出土的陶器显微结构和烧成温度进行了对比分析,发现盘龙城陶器生产技术与中原相比既有相似性,同时又有较为强烈的地域化特征。虽然材料和制作技术存在部分差异性,但盘龙城陶器器形和装饰却竭力保持与中原的一致性,反映出对中原文化观念和身份的认同。

The present paper analyzes the forming,adjusting(such as beating,scraping and trimming),and impressing techniques in the production of Panlongcheng pottery.The scanning electron microscopic examination compares and analyzes the microstructure and firing temperature of the pottery from Panlongcheng and the Shang City of Zhengzhou,respectively.While showing a close relationship with the Central Plains,the Panlongcheng pottery production techniques also demonstrate strong local characteristics,especially in raw materials and potterymaking techniques.On a broader scale,the shape and decorations of Panlongcheng pottery maintain a consistency with those of the Central Plains,reflecting Panlongcheng's identification with the Central Plains culture's concept and identity.
