皖北融入长三角一体化的对策

On Countermeasures of Integrating Northern Anhui into the Yangtze River Delta

2019年底,皖北被规划为长三角一体化区域,皖北融入长三角一体化过程中有自身的优势和障碍,应从编制皖北融入长三角一体化的发展规划、构建皖北“一核双轴三圈”的空间布局、细化皖北融入长三角一体化的合作制度、继续推进基础设施互联互通及加强与长三角地区的文化交流入手,找准合作的突破口,助力皖北经济高质量发展,为欠发达地区参与区域经济合作提供思路。

At the end of 2019 northern Anhui was planned as the Yangtze River Delta integration region.This paper analyzes the advantages and obstacles in the integration of northern Anhui into the Yangtze River Delta.It is suggested that we should start from compiling the development plan of integrating northern Anhui into the Yangtze River Delta,constructing the spatial layout of“one nucleus,two axes and three circles”in northern Anhui,refining the cooperation system of integrating northern Anhui into the Yangtze River Delta,continuing to promote the interconnection of infrastructure and strengthening cultural exchanges with the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone,find the breakthrough point of cooperation,boost the high-quality development of the economy in northern Anhui,and provide thoughts for the less developed areas to participate in the regional economic cooperation.
