摘要
高中语文课程目标是国家人才需求在高中语文教育领域的直接体现。新中国成立以来高中语文课程目标政策先后经历了“学科发展”与“政治方向”并重、重点关注“学生发展”和“学科发展”“社会发展”“学生发展”有机融合三个时期。结合政策出台的宏观政治、经济、学科背景等因素分析可知:党和政府的决策是课程目标演进的根本动力;科技文化的发展是课程目标演进的重要动力;教育家的参与是课程目标演进的直接推动力;国外教育理念的引入是课程目标演进的间接推动力。
The goal of high school Chinese curriculum is the direct reflection of the country’s talent demand in the field of education.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the development of high school Chinese curriculum objective policy has gone through three periods:the period of“discipline development”and“social development”,the period of focusing on“student development”,the period of organic integration of“disci⁃pline development”,“social development”and“student development”.Based on the analysis of macro political,economic and disciplinary background,it can be seen that the decision-making of central government and nation⁃al leaders is the fundamental driving force of policy change.The reform of economic system and continuous devel⁃opment of national economy is the important driving force of policy change.The attitude of language educators and different interest groups is the direct driving force of policy change.The foreign advanced educational idea is the indirect driving force of policy change.
