成渝中线高铁速度目标值研究 被引量:13

摘要 成渝中线高铁连接成渝双城经济圈核心城市,为满足运输需求,在既有成渝铁路通道的基础上,建设更高标准的铁路通道对于实现两大中心城市的高效、优质连接,形成具有国际影响力的世界级城市群意义重大,同时对于落实交通强国战略、引领高速铁路发展具有深远意义。结合轨道交通发展形势,首先对轮轨系统、高速磁浮系统、真空管道运输系统等不同系统制式的运营特点、发展前景、适用环境进行系统分析,甄选出与路网融合性强、技术储备成熟的轮轨系统;进而对350 km/h,350 km/h预留400 km/h,400 km/h不同速度等级的高速轮轨铁路采用综合分析法、比较法进行定性、定量分析,推荐采用运输质量高、综合经济性优的400 km/h速度目标值的高速铁路。研究结论不仅满足成渝城市群的发展需求,为项目建设提供有力的技术支撑,同时符合我国轮轨技术发展方向,为高速铁路发展提供参考。 Chengdu-Chongqing high speed railway connects the core cities of Chengdu Chongqing economic circle.In order to meet the transportation demand,the construction of a higher standard railway corridor is conducive to the efficient and high-quality connection between the two central cities on the basis of the existing Chengdu-Chongqing railway.It is of great significance to form a world-class city group with international influence,which has far-reaching significance for the implementation of the strategy of building a strong transportation country and leading the development of high-speed railway.Combined with the development situation of rail transit,firstly,the operation characteristics,development prospect and applicable environment of different systems such as wheel rail system,high-speed maglev system and vacuum pipeline transportation system are systematically analyzed,and the wheel/rail system,which has strong integration with the road network and mature technical reserve,is selected.Then comprehensive analysis method and comparison method are used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of 350 km/h and 350 km/h reserved for 400 km/h and 400 km/h highspeed wheel/rail railway lines of different speed grades.It is recommended to adopt the high-speed railway with the target speed of 400 km/h with high transportation quality and excellent comprehensive economy.The research conclusions not only meet the development needs of Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration,but also provide strong technical support for project construction.Meanwhile,it conforms to the development of wheel/rail technology in China and provides reference for the development of high-speed railway.
