This article is based on the psychological problems of boarding high school freshmen.First,it analyzes the main reasons leading to their psychological problems.Then,starting with family support,it analyzes the role of family in helping boarding high school freshmen to relieve their psychological problems and their pressure.Effective strategies and approaches are designed to help boarding high school freshmen to pass this special period smoothly and to better integrate into their studies and life.
