摘要
本试验以双孢蘑菇As2796为研究对象,对双孢蘑菇液体菌种固态化工艺进行了研究。通过测定固态化菌种萌发时间、菌丝生长速度、菌丝长势、机械强度,确定优化后包埋剂组成为:海藻酸钠3.5%、硅胶4.0%、脱脂乳粉2.0%、谷氨酸钠4.0%、羧甲基淀粉钠2.0%,滴落于2.5%CaCl2溶液中凝固。在此条件下制备的固态化菌种,萌发时间34 h,菌丝生长速度为4.9 mm/d。出菇数据表明,固态化菌种23 d即可满瓶,产量达到14.72 kg/m^(2)。
The solid-state technology of liquid spawn of Agaricus bisporus As2796 was studied in this study.According to the germination time,mycelial growth rate,mycelial growth potential and mechanical strength,the optimized embedding agent group was:sodium alginate 3.5%,silica gel 4.0%,skimmed milk powder 2.0%,sodium glutamate 4.0%,carboxymethyl starch sodium 2.0%,dropped into 2.5% CaCl2 solution for solidification.Under these conditions,the germination time of solid-state strains was 34 h,and the growth rate of mycelium was 4.9 mm/d. The data of mushroom production showed that the solid-state strain could be filled in 23 days,and the yield reached 14.72 kg/m^(2).
