摘要
为了达到健康运动的目的,除了搭配合理膳食之外,还应该对身体损耗及时补充能量,帮助身体快速恢复,避免因运动对身体造成巨大损伤。虽然健康运动长期来看能够促使人体精神呈现良好状态,但是在较大损耗的运动过程中,如果忽视了合理膳食搭配环节,那么最终也无法实现健身的目的。因此,要想科学健身,一方面需要保证膳食结构的丰富化,另一方面必须对机体进行能量补充,保证运动的健康进行。
In order to achieve the goal of healthy exercise, in addition to reasonable diet, we should also supplement energy to the body loss in time,help the body recover quickly,and avoid the huge damage caused by exercise. Although healthy exercise can promote the human spirit to present a good state in the long run,but through the large loss of exercise,if we neglect the reasonable diet,then we can not achieve the goal of fitness. Therefore,in order to keep fit scientifically,on the one hand,we need to ensure the enrichment of diet structure,on the other hand,we need to supplement a variety of energy to provide huge energy in the process of healthy exercise.
