长输供暖热水管道经济比摩阻研究 被引量:3

摘要 在整个供暖热水管网的运行周期内,初始设计阶段对成本影响占比最大,比摩阻的选取对热网管道的寿命周期成本以及热网的可靠性起关键性作用。而在长输热水供暖管网当中,目前国内规范所规定的比摩阻范围是否适用,将是一个值得探讨的主题。本文对长输供暖热水管网的经济比摩阻及管网寿命周期内各经济成本进行分析计算,并在寿命周期内经济成本最小的基础上对长输供暖热水管网建立数学模型,最后通过分析计算确定在长输供暖热水管网当中比摩阻的最佳选取范围。经分析计算,运行年限15年时最佳经济比摩阻在12~20 Pa/m之间,运行年限为30年最佳经济比摩阻在10~17 Pa/m之间,对长输供暖热水管网设计的比摩阻选取具有一定的指导作用。 In the whole operation cycle of heating hot water pipe network,the initial design stage has the largest impact on the cost,and the selection of specific friction plays a key role in the life cycle cost of heating pipe network and the reliability of heating network.In the long-distance hot water heating network,whether the specific friction range specified in the current domestic standards is applicable or not will be a topic worthy of discussion.This paper analyzes and calculates the economic specific friction of the long-distance heating hot water pipe network and the economic costs in the life cycle of the pipe network,and establishes a mathematical model for the long-distance heating hot water pipe network on the basis of the minimum economic cost in the life cycle,and finally determines the best selection range of the specific friction in the long-distance heating hot water pipe network through analysis and calculation.Through analysis and calculation,the optimal economic specific friction is between 12-20 Pa/m when the operation period is 15 years,and between 10-17 Pa/m when the operation period is 30 years,which has a certain guiding role for the selection of specific friction in the design of long-distance heating hot water pipe network.
