信息时代高校教师职业信念现状与重塑——以京津冀地区的高校教师群体为例 被引量:3

On the Present Situation and Reconstruction of College Teachers’Professional Beliefs in the Information Age:Taking College Teachers in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei as the Cases

摘要 现代信息技术为教育活动带来便利的同时,也给教师职业信念带来挑战。采用问卷调查辅以个别访谈的方式收集数据,以分层抽样的方式抽取调查对象,共获取682份有效问卷。数据分析发现:京津冀高校教师的职业信念较为积极,但其科研能力和科研成就感显著低于教学能力和教学成就感;被调查者有较强的提高信息技术能力的意愿。提出重塑京津冀高校教师职业信念的措施,包括:努力为高校教师创造培训和进修机会,提升高校教师的科研能力;加大高校改革力度,尽早建立分类考核的评价体系;为高校教师提供信息服务和信息技术培训。 Modern information technology has smoothed education,and challenged teachers’professional beliefs.Data about college teachers’professional beliefs were collected with the methods of questionnaire survey and individual survey and research samples were chosen with stratified sampling method.At last 682 valid questionnaires were obtained.The research results show that the college teachers’professional beliefs in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are positive in general,but their scientific research capabilities and their sense of scientific research achievements are lower than their teaching abilities and their sense of teaching achievements.In addition,they expect to improve information technology capabilities eagerly.In view of research findings,strategies are proposed to reconstruct the teachers’professional beliefs,such as offering training and further education opportunities for college teachers,improving their scientific research capabilities,intensifying the reform of universities to establish a classified evaluation system,and providing information services and information training for college teachers.
