Modern Exploration and Enlightenment on the Thought of Skill Development with Moral Cultivation and Work-integrated Learning in Vocational Education of Jiangsu

摘要 “德技并修、工学结合”思想的形成与发展是一个历史过程。江苏职教“德技并修、工学结合”的近代探索,脉络清晰,具有典型性,分为近代之前(1840年之前)的重德轻技、体脑分离;洋务运动时期(1840-1894年)的师夷长技、工学并举;实业教育时期(1895-1914年)的德术兼修、知行并进;职业教育时期(1915-1928年)的敬业乐群、灵肉双修。这是职业教育制度变迁及多种因素共同博弈的结果,为当今职业教育本土化和培养德技俱佳、人格完善的技术技能人才提供了借鉴。 The formation and development of the educational thought of“skill development with moral cultivation and work-integrated learning”is a historical evolution process.The modern exploration of skill development with moral cultivation and work-integrated learning in vocational education of Jiangsu has a clear sequence of thought with typicalness,which can be divided into four periods.Before the modern times(before 1840),more importance was attached to moral cultivation than skill development,and there was separation between brawn and brains.During the period of the Westernization Movement(1840-1894),advanced technology was learned from the western countries,and work and learning were simutaniously promoted.During the period of industrial education(1895-1914),both morals and technology are developed,as well as knowing and doing.During the period of vocational education(1915-1928),working diligently and keeping good company with others were advocated,and both intellectual training and moral cultivation were developed.It is the result due to the jointly game of the transformation of vocational education system and various factors,which provides reference for the localization of the current vocational education and the cultivation of technical talents with excellent development of skills and morals and perfect personalities.
