摘要
为优化高校图书馆社交网络服务(SNS)信息服务模式,提升服务质量,通过对比国内高校图书馆现有社交网络服务的三种信息服务模式特点,运用“长尾理论”对高校图书馆整合型社交网络服务信息服务模式进行可行性分析。研究发现:整合型社交网络服务信息服务模式的优化方案能更好地满足高校图书馆用户需求。
In order to optimize the SNS information service model of university libraries and improve the service quality,the characteristics of three SNS information service models are compared in the domestic university libraries,and the feasibility about the integrated information service model for university libraries is analyzed based on the long tail theory.The results show that the optimization scheme of integrated SNS information service model can better meet the needs of university library users.
