氨法脱硫工程技改案例解析

摘要 提出氨法脱硫工程技改方案,解决了与3台140 t/h燃煤锅炉配套的脱硫塔投运后一直存在的烟囱“拖尾”问题。通过对氨法烟气脱硫机理的研究,采取改造脱硫塔塔体、优化相应管线、调整浓缩塔操作液位等措施,出脱硫塔的烟气中粉尘、二氧化硫、氨等污染物含量达到了地方新标准的排放指标要求,消除了烟囱“拖尾”现象,每年还可节省支出390万元以上。 The technical transformation scheme of ammonia desulfurization project is put forward,which has successfully resolved the"drag tail"symptom of chimney after the desulfurization tower supporting three 140 t/h coal-fired boilers is put into operation.By studying the mechanism of ammonia desulfurization,the measures such as reforming the structure of desulphurization tower,optimizing the corresponding pipelines and adjusting the operation liquid level of the concentration tower are taken.The content of dust,sulfur dioxide,ammonia and other pollutants in the flue gas of the desulfurization tower meet the requirements of the new local standard,resolving the"drag tail"symptom of chimney and the annual expenditure can be saved more than 3.9 million yuan.
