循环水泵叶轮的改造

摘要 针对循环水泵存在性能曲线与管网性能曲线不匹配,无法实现精细化运行等问题,以实际工况点为设计点,以工艺需求确定高效区,根据循环水系统工况需求,采用计算流体力学(CFD)软件优化水泵的叶轮设计。优化后的高效叶轮投入运行后,节电率在12%以上,年节电效益可达315万元。 In connection with the problem of the performance curve of the circulating water pump that does not match the performance curve of the pipe network,and the inability to achieve refined operation,the actual working condition point is used as the design point,and the high-efficiency area is determined by process requirements,according to the circulating water system working condition requirements,computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software is adopted to optimize the impeller design of the pump.After the optimized high-efficiency impeller is put into operation,the energy-saving effect is above 12%,and the annual energy-saving benefit can reach 3.15 million yuan.
