摘要 油温油位曲线是变压器的关键参数之一,对于准确判断变压器油位是否在安全范围内具有重要作用。首先简要介绍金属波纹式储油柜的结构及原理,并根据其结构特点详细推导了该种型式储油柜油温油位曲线的绘制方法,最后利用2台110 kV变压器的温升试验验证了理论推导所得曲线绘制方法的可行性。研究结果表明,理论推导所得油温油位曲线与实际曲线误差小,准确性高,曲线绘制方法具有现场应用价值。 Oil temperature and oil level curve is one of the key parameter of electrical transformers, which is important to judge whether the oil level is located in safety range. Transformers with metal corrugated oil conservator are chosen as research object to study the drawing method of oil temperature and oil level curve. Firstly, the structure and principle of metal corrugated oil conservator are briefly introduced. Then, the drawing method of its oil temperature and oil level curve is obtained by theoretical derivation. Finally, the feasibility of the obtained drawing method is verified by temperature rise test of two 110 kV electrical transformers. The oil temperature and oil level curve of theoretical derivation is highly consistent with experimental results, which indicates that the obtained drawing method is valuable for practical application.
