摘要
为进一步提升电网运行供电可靠性、电网故障处置能力,实时掌握全网主设备跳闸情况需求不断提升。湖南省网调控云汇集了全电压等级主设备模型,为实现全网主设备综合智能告警分析提供了良好的实施平台。本文介绍调控云平台基本架构设计,论述了基于调控云平台的综合智能告警功能实现方案及策略,分析了实施过程中影响告警正确率的相关问题及解决措施,实际运行验证了所提方案的有效性。
In order to further improve the reliability of power grid operation and power supply, and improve the ability to handle grid faults, the demand for grasping real-time trip situation of the main equipment of the whole network is continuously increasing. The dispatching and control cloud of provincial grid collects full-voltage main equipment models, which provides a good implementation platform for realizing the integrated intelligent alarm analysis of the main equipment of the whole network. This article introduces the basic architecture design of the dispatching and control cloud platform, discusses the implementation plan and strategy of the integrated intelligent alarm function based on the control cloud platform, analyzes the related problems and solutions that affect the correctness of the alarm during the implementation process, and verifies the proposed solution through actual operation.
