肇源县稻渔综合种养产业发展报告

文章介绍了黑龙江省肇源县稻渔综合种养产业现状,稻渔综合种养面积达到36240亩,占全县稻田面积的90%,其中示范区综合种养的稻田较水稻单种亩均增产9.2%,亩新增效益835元,农药使用减少31%,化肥使用量减少50%;辐射区综合种养的稻田较水稻单种亩均增产5%,亩新增效益190元,农药施用量减少5%,化肥施用量减少5%。文章分析了存在的产业发展规划缺乏、基础建设水平较差、理论与实践研究不足和从业者专业素质不够高等问题,并提出了制定符合县域发展规划、争取省市政策支持、加强技术集成创新、增加技术人才引进等稻渔综合种养产业发展建议。

This article introduced the Heilongjiang Province Zhaoyuan Country comprehensive rice fish farming industry present situation,comprehensive rice fish farming area of 36240 mu,which accounted for 90%of the county paddy area,including comprehensive farming demonstration area of paddy field more rice yield was 9.2%higher than that of the single per acre,mu new capacity of 835 yuan,31%less pesticide use,fertiliser use decreased by 50%;Radiative zone integrated farming rice is rice yield was 5%higher than that of the single per acre,mu new capacity of 190 yuan,applying pesticide content decreased by 5%,applying fertilizer content decreased by 5%.This paper analyzes the existing level of industrial development planning,lack of infrastructure and poor,the theory and practice research and practitioners of professional quality is not high,and put forward the development conforms to the county territory development planning,policy support,strengthen technology integration innovation for provinces and cities,increase technical talent introduction comprehensive rice fish farming industry development Suggestions.
